Our Story – Flame Broiler Is Dedicated To Serving You with Delicious, Fast, And Healthy Food!
Founder -Young Lee, who had recently graduated from UCLA having a degree in economics, had joined the workforce and often found himself on the road. However, he found that restaurants serving healthy meals were few and far between.
First Restaurant Opens – Entrepreneurial in nature, in 1995 he opened the initial restaurant in Orange County that served simple, healthy fast food. What better method to solve an issue rather than solve it yourself?
Started Franchising – Word about the healthy food and quick service at Flame Broiler Menu Prices, and Young quickly became extremely busy. He developed a very broad customer base. The widely loved concept appealed to many different people.
Giving Back towards the Community – Mr. Lee begun to give back by feeding the homeless, and very soon begun to sponsor children in need of assistance. He is focused on sponsoring 2 children per location that opens. Today, through Flame Broiler Inc., Mr. Lee sponsors an astounding 338 children.
180 Locations & Growing – Words continued to spread, as well as the founder saw franchising in an effort to provide even more people using a healthy option to fast food while maintaining our prime level of service. And so the story continues today with 180 Flame Broiler Restaurants in California, Arizona, Florida, Nevada and Oklahoma.
The Flame Broiler is really a fast food restaurant marketed being a healthy food and quick service provider. When you could imagine, The Flame Broiler charges are a little higher, which is generally the common characteristic one of the healthier fast food restaurants.
The restaurant’s main offerings include bowls that are either veggie or have meats in it such as beef or chicken. Bowls consist of your choosing of meat poured over white or brown rice, and steamed veggies. In addition to bowls, they also offer plates which can be similar except they include fruit and salad on the side.
Flame Broiler has opened a spot in La Verne, California, under the direction of the first-time franchisee, Josh Fuentes. He’s getting excited about transitioning from previous work with all the Los Angeles Gas Company to centering on Flame Broiler full-time, according to a company press release.
“While doing work for my previous company, I used to be always on the road and found only a few options that are healthy, taste great yet still considered fast food until I tried Flame Broiler,” Fuentes said. “I immediately fell deeply in love with how simple, healthy and affordable it is, and kept making excuses to visit back. It inspired me to obtain back into condition, clean up my diet and help people change their lifestyle much the same way I did so.”
Flame Broiler’s core menu features rice bowls that start at just 140 calories. The bowls are made with non-GMO white or brown rice, Angus beef, all-natural chicken or organic charbroiled tofu, freshly blanched vegetables, and busvqj with chopped green onions. For the added flavor kick, guests are invited to top bowls with Flame Broiler’s proprietary hot sauce, double hot sauce, triple hot sauce or its Korean BBQ-inspired Magic Sauce.
“The Inland Empire has always been a strong region for your brand, and that i know La Verne will likely be no exception,” said Young Lee, CEO and founder of Flame Broiler. “As a brand, we’re getting excited about watching Josh grow and creating a stronger presence within the community.”
